Timothy M. Beyer, OD, FAAO
Dr. Tim Beyer grew up in Algonquin and graduated from Jacobs High School in 1999 as valedictorian of his class. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry cum laude. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry where he graduated summa cum laude.
Dr. Beyer is very active in the optometric community as a Fellow of the American
Academy of Optometry, a member of the Illinois Optometric Association, and a member of the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Beyer has been serving the Northwest Suburbs for fourteen years. Dr. Beyer focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. He has particular interest in treating glaucoma, managing ocular allergies, performing pediatric eye exams, and fitting specialty contact lenses.
Dr. Beyer currently resides with his wife, daughter, and two sons. He is an avid Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoys playing basketball, music, and outdoor cooking. Dr. Beyer is proud to serve his hometown and provide the highest quality care to his patients.
Joseph B. Morfoot, OD
Dr. Morfoot trained extensively in the management of advanced eye disease including the perioperative care of glaucoma, cataracts, and retina.
He is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. While completing his Doctorate, Dr. Morfoot graduated with the distinction of achieving Honors in every clinic rotation. He was also a peer tutor and teaching assistant for multiple optometric courses.
He has been a guest lecturer for optometric continuing education for fellow eye doctors.
He resides in Huntley with his wife, daughters, and two dogs. He enjoys keeping active with sports, jogging, scuba, and his Southside Irish family.
Dr. Morfoot performs comprehensive eye examinations while focusing on the diagnosis and management of eye disease. Professional interests include the fitting of specialty contact lenses for keratoconus and post–LASIK patients. He counsels and co-manages patients for Laser Vision Correction and enjoys geriatric eye examinations.
